Weirton tire company alleges Ohio business owes more than $10,000 for tires

NEW CUMBERLAND – A Weirton tire company alleges an Ohio company failed to pay for tires it purchased.

Ferguson Tire Service Co. Inc. filed a complaint Hancock Circuit Court against Damian Kovarik Excavating and Hauling LLC and Damian Kovarik.

The suit states that the plaintiff provided the defendants with a credit for the purchase of tires. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to pay the amounts owed for the tires and owes $10,762.95.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Steven M. Recht of Recht Law Offices in Weirton.

The case has been assigned to Judge Ronald Wilson.
