Cadd Enterprises alleges Columbia Gas, Welded Construction owes more than $150,000

MOUNDSVILLE – An Ohio company is alleged to have failed to pay for services and materials used in a pipeline project.

Cadd Enterprises LLC filed a complaint in Marshall Circuit Court against Columbia Gas Transmission LLC and Welded Construction LP alleging unjust enrichment and enforcement of mechanic's lien.

The suit states that the plaintiff supplied equipment and materials to Welded Construction from Aug. 14 to Oct. 22, 2018, for use on Columbia Gas' Mountaineer Xpress Pipeline Project. The plaintiff alleges it provided approximately $149,200 in supplies to Welded Construction, but the defendant has failed to pay.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Norman T. Daniels Jr. and Nicholas R. Stuchell of Daniels Law Firm PLLC in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge David Hummel Jr.
