Cadd Enterprises alleges it owed nearly $150,000 in supplies for pipeline project

WEST UNION – A Texas-based supplies company alleges it was not paid for materials and services it provided for the Mountaineer Xpress Pipeline Project.

Cadd Enterprises LLC filed a complaint in Doddridge Circuit Court against Columbia Gas Transmission LLC and Welded Construction LP alleging unjust enrichment and seeking to enforce a mechanic's lien.

The suit states that the plaintiff supplied materials and equipment to Welded Construction from Aug. 14 to Oct. 22, 2018, for use in the construction of Columbia Gas' Mountaineer Xpress Pipeline Project. The plaintiff alleges its materials and equipment totaled a value of $149,200 and that it has not been paid.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Norman T. Daniels Jr. and Nicholas R. Stuchell of Daniels Law Firm PLLC in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Timothy Sweeney.
