WEST VIRGINIA SUPREME COURT: Friday, July 5, Declared Judicial Holiday

West Virginia Supreme Court issued the following announcement on July 3.

Friday, July 5, 2019, been a judicial holiday for all judicial offices in West Virginia, according to an Administrative Order signed and filed by Chief Justice Beth Walker on Wednesday, July 3.

The Chief Justice entered the order after Governor Jim Justice proclaimed Friday, July 5, a holiday for all state employees.
