O'Brien's Rent-All & Sales has allegedly failed to pay $12,000 for rental equipment

WHEELING — A sales company is suing a client who has allegedly failed to pay for rental equipment.

Bill Miller Equipment Sales Inc. filed a complaint in Ohio Circuit Court against O'Brien's Rent-All & Sales Inc.

The suit states the defendant executed a rental and purchase agreement with the plaintiff, seeking to rent the plaintiff's equipment on credit on Oct. 17, 2017. The plaintiff has fulfilled their obligations, but the defendant allegedly has failed to pay what is owed, which totals $12,000.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by John Keating of Amato and Keating PC in Bethlehem.
