CHARLESTON — A financial institution is suing a contracting company for allegedly failing to pay an account balance.
Dakota Financial LLC filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against RSC Contracting LLC, Robert S. Carpenter and Sara L. Carpenter.
The suit states the defendant has become and remains indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $27,596.25 plus interest. The defendant is accused of breach of contract and breach of guaranty.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert Bandy of Kay, Casto & Chaney in Charleston.
The case has been assigned to Judge Charles King.
