Estate administrator seeks to stop sale of Cross Lanes property

CHARLESTON – An estate administrator has petitioned a court to postpone the sale of a Cross Lanes property.

The estate of Wayne E. Fleshman, deceased, by administratrix Kelly Shamblin filed a petition to enjoin trustee's sale in Kanawha Circuit Court against Seneca Trustees Inc.

The suit states that Fleshman died on May 3, and was indebted to a bank for more than $90,000 for the real estate located at 5244 Big Tyler Road, Cross Lanes. Shamblin seeks to indefiniately postpone a trustee's sale.

The plaintiff is represented by Walton S. Shepherd III in Sissonville.
