Bridgeport Equipment & Tool alleges Timberock owes $18,000 for dozer rental

CHARLESTON – An Ohio equipment company claims a St. Albans business failed to pay for the rental of construction equipment. 

B.E.T. LTD, doing business as Bridgeport Equipment & Tool, filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Timberock LLC alleging breach of contract.

The suit states that the parties entered into an agreement in which the defendant leased a dozer from the plaintiff for $9,000 per month.

The defendant allegedly failed to pay for the usage of the dozer and is indebted to the plaintiff for $18,000.

The plaintiff is seeking $18,000, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Mitchell J. Rhein of Spilman, Thomas & Battle PLLC in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Judge Tera Salango.
