Mount Hope business alleged to owe more than $140,000 for two contracts

FAYETTEVILLE – A finance company based in Connecticut is seeking more than $100,000 from a Mount Hope business. 

North Mill Equipment Finance Inc., filed a complaint in Fayette Circuit Court against C.L.C. Enterprises Inc., and Robert Canterbury Jr. alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that the plaintiff provided goods, funds, and/or services to the defendants that have not been repaid. The plaintiff alleges it is owed more than $140,000 for two contracts.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Clinton W. Smith in Charleston.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Paul M. Blake Jr.
