W.R. Murdock & Sons alleges Cunningham Energy failed to pay for equipment

FAYETTEVILLE – A company alleges it delivered equipment to a business and was not paid.

W.R. Murdock & Sons Inc. filed a complaint in Fayette Circuit Court against Cunningham Energy LLC alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that the plaintiff delivered equipment to the defendant on April 1. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has been negligent in paying off the balance due and is indebted to it in the amount of $30,114.42.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James C. Blankenship in Fayetteville.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Thomas H. Ewing.
