Cramer Security and Investigations alleges Summersville business owes more than $70,000

BECKLEY — A Raleigh County security company is suing a Summersville client alleging that it was not paid for services issued.

Cramer Security and Investigations Inc. filed a complaint in Raleigh Circuit Court against Resources Limited LLC alleging failure to pay.

The suit states that the defendant and plaintiff were in a contractual relationship in which the plaintiff provided security and guard services to the defendant in exchange for payment. Despite delivering the services promised, the defendant allegedly has failed to pay the plaintiff. The defendant allegedly is indebted to the plaintiff for $73,904.71.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James R. Sheatsley of Gorman, Sheatsley & Co. in Beckley.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Court Judge Andrew Dimlich.
