St. Louis company claims Power Parts Supply owes more than $20,000 for rented equipment

CHARLESTON – A St. Louis company is alleging that a Charleston company owes more than $20,000 for rented equipment. 

According to the filing in Kanawha Circuit Court, Core & Main LP filed the complaint against Power Parts Supply LLC and Tony Tallarico Jr. claiming breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

In July 2018, Power Parts Supply signed a lease agreement with Core & Main that was guaranteed by Tallarico, according to the suit, which Power Parts Supply allegedly has failed to honor. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $20,765.91 plus reasonable and actual attorneys' fees of $4,876.15.

"Plaintiff has made demand against defendants for the aforesaid sum, but defendants have failed or refused to pay the same or any part thereof," the suit states.

The plaintiff is represented by John Keating of Amato and Keating PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Louis Bloom.
