The Morgantown property, located at 31 Waterside Drive, was leased to Candice Holgorsen on Aug. 14, 2018, and the lease agreement was for $2,500 monthly rent payments, according to a complaint filed Oct. 23 in Monongalia Circuit Court.

From 2008 until 2009, Holgorsen previously worked at Houston as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He then went on to work the same position at Oklahoma State before starting at WVU.

Dana Holgorsen started his WVU career as the offensive coordinator in 2010. He was set to replace Bill Stewart in 2012, but ultimately, Stewart was asked to resign in 2011 and Holgorsen was made head coach that year.
