United Talent alleges it was not paid for supplying temporary employees to Kentucky restoration company

CHARLESTON – Charleston-based United Talent alleges that a restoration company based in Kentucky owes it more than $14,000 for the temporary employee services it provided. 

United Talent Inc. filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Gabbard Enterprises of KY Inc., doing business as Paul Davis of the River Cities and also doing business as Paul Davis Restoration, alleging breach of contract. 

According to the complaint, United Talent and Gabbard entered into a contract in October 2018 and per the contract, United Talent provided temporary employees to Gabbard. United Talent alleges Gabbard breached and defaulted on the contract by refusing to pay the $14,510.84.

United Talent seeks monetary relief, a trial by jury and other just relief. It is represented by John Brewster of The Ray, Winton & Kelly Law Firm PLLC in Charleston. 

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Carrie Webster.
