SUMMERSVILLE – A Greenbrier County contractor has been sued by a Nicholas County couple over allegations that he failed to complete the construction of their new home more than one year after they initiated the building contract.

Kevin and Kim Holder filed a complaint in Nicholas Circuit Court against Osborne Construction LLC and Jared Osborne alleging breach of contract, negligence, conversion of funds and fraud.

According to the suit, the Holders entered into a contract with Osborne Construction to build their home in Mount Nebo on May 3, 2018, which still remains unfinished. The plaintiffs allege the defendants "have failed to complete the construction required by the contract in a timely manner."
