ELIZABETH – A Wirt County man alleges the owners of farm land adjacent to his property have trespassed onto his land by expanding the size of a pedestrian bridge on the boundary of his property without his consent.

Rudolph Kevak filed a complaint in Wirt Circuit Court against Sanoma Farm LLC, Jennifer Burke and Linda Gooch alleging trespass.

Kevak alleges in his complaint that Sanoma Farm's owners expanded the size and scope of a pedestrian bridge that he gave permission to build on his property in 2015. He claims he has asked for the removal of the bridge but the defendants have not complied with his request.

Kevak seeks damages, a trial by jury, an injunction requiring the removal of the bridge and all other relief the court deems appropriate. He is represented by Leah Chappell of Adams, Fisher & Chappell PLLC in Ripley.

The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Robert Waters.
