CHARLESTON — Terrastone is alleging a West Virginia granite and glass company owes them more than $60,000 for materials.
Terrastone LLC filed a complaint in Kanawha Circuit Court against Bailes Glass Co., doing business as Bailes Granite & Marble alleging violation of West Virginia law.
Terrastone delivered $60,536.76 worth of materials to Bailes Granite & Marble between Feb. 24, 2015 through March 27, 2019. Terrastone alleges Bailes made their last payment of $6,466.94 in April of 2019 and continues to owe them a balance.
