MOUNDSVILLE — A woman is claiming she was fired from EM1 after reporting alleged sexual harassment.

Regina Miller filed a complaint in Marshall Circuit Court against EM1 Services LLC alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment.

Miller alleges in her suit that while an employee of EM1, she faced continual sexual harassment from a truck driver who worked at the same facility. Miller claims the harassment included inappropriate comments and blocking her path as she tried to exit an area. Miller claims she was fired in May of 2019 for reporting the harassment.

Miller seeks monetary relief, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Paul Frampton, Jr., of Atkinson & Polak PLLC in Charleston.

This case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Jeffrey Cramer.
