West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals issued the following announcement on Sept. 16.

The following people were admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. 

Successful applicants of the West Virginia Bar Examination who were admitted:

1. Jonathan Andrew Deasy

2. Barry Christopher Marcum 

3. Jacob Bradley Mellor 

4. Kathleen Elizabeth Robeson 

5. Charles Michael Waddle

Admitted by transferred Uniform Bar Examination: 

1. Andrew Todd Beatty Admitted by reciprocity (other states where admitted in parentheses): 

1. Peggy Susan Ferraro (Ohio, Pennsylvania) 

2. Todd Andrew Fichtenberg (Michigan, Ohio) 

3. Robert Gene Miller Jr. (Kentucky) 

4. John Franklin Nuzum (Pennsylvania) 

Also, Nicholas Stanley Yovich was given limited permission to practice in association with the Office of the Public Defender for the First Judicial Circuit, having been admitted in Pennsylvania and Utah.
