West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals issued the following announcement on Oct. 30.
The Supreme Court’s Division of Probation Services is publishing a Request for Proposals for a laboratory to provide reliable, accurate, and efficient substance abuse screening services for probation and treatment courts to effectively monitor the individuals they supervise.
The deadline for responses is November 25.
The award date is expected to be December 14. The winning proposal should be able to supply 50,000 confirmations and potentially 80,000 rapid screen test cups annually.
