Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is pleased to announce that John McCartney, Shereen Compton McDaniel and Jason Proctor have been elected Member, effective January 1, 2021.
John McCartney joined the firm in 2014. His practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense and general litigation. John was recently appointed a position on our Strategic Planning Committee and was recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Morgantown in commercial litigation and insurance law.
Shereen Compton McDaniel joined Flaherty’s healthcare practice group in 2013. She is a member of our Business Development and Strategic Planning Committee. Shereen was recognized in the inaugural edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Charleston in health care law and medical malpractice – defendants.
Jason Proctor came on board in 2013 as a member of our complex tort and product liability group. He is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council (PLAC) and most recently recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch – Charleston in product liability – defendants.
