The Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia’s 2020 caseload statistics are now available on the West Virginia Judiciary website: http://www.courtswv.gov/supreme-court/clerk/statistics/19-20QuickFacts.pdf.
Comparative statistics dating back to 1998 also are available on the Clerk’s Office section of the website: http://www.courtswv.gov/supreme-court/clerk/clerks-office.html.
The West Virginia Judiciary will continue to add public information to its website and social media platforms as part of the Supreme Court’s mission to be accountable, accessible and transparent.
