Dallas company claims Cunningham Energy failed to pay more than $20,000

CHARLESTON — Towerstone Inc. claims Cunningham Energy LLC owes more than $20,000 it failed to pay for goods and services.

Towerstone supplied Cunningham with goods, funds or services in the amount of $20,066.85, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Towerstone, which is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, claims despite agreeing to do so, Cunningham never paid for the foods, funds or services that Towerstone provided.

Towerstone claims it sought payment and Cunningham did not pay.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment in the amount of $20,066.85, along with pre- and post-judgment interest, late charges, collection fees and attorney's fees. Towerstone is represented by Clinton W. Smith.
