Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC issued the following announcement on Mar. 27.
Carmine Cann was passionate about his family and friends, about his community and about his work. A native of Clarksburg, Carmine practiced law with his father upon graduating from West Virginia University College of Law in 1954.
In 1967, their firm merged with another and eventually became Young, Morgan and Cann. He joined Flaherty’s Clarksburg office in 2017.
Carmine will be deeply missed by everyone at Flaherty and the Clarksburg community at large.
