CHARLESTON — Farrell, White & Legg is suing former clients for failing and refusing to pay more than $10,000 in legal fees.
Mouwafak Ghannam and Hanan Ghannam sought out Farrell, White & Legg in 2015 to represent them regarding school issues for their grandson, Zakariya Ghannam, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
The firm agreed to and represented the Ghannams and incurred $28,718.27 in legal fees and expenses and the Ghannams partially paid their invoices from the law firm, in the amount of $18,548.80, but failed and refused to pay the rest of the invoiced amount, according to the suit.

The law firm is seeking judgment in the amount of $10,169.47 with post-judgment interest. It is being represented by Michael J. Farrell of the firm.
