West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals issued the following announcement on June 25.
Attorney General Patrick Morrisey announced a representative from his office will meet with Northern Panhandle residents in July to discuss consumer-related issues and answer any potential questions.
“These public events are a great way for consumers to talk one-on-one with our consumer representatives,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “Residents can easily get questions answered, learn what is going on in their area and how to keep personal information safe and secure.”
Amy Nickerson, a consumer outreach and compliance specialist with the office, will host the events as scheduled below:
- July 6: 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main St., Wellsburg
- July 7: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Hancock County Senior Center, 647 Gas Valley Road, New Cumberland
- July 21: 11:00 a.m. to Noon – Ohio County Family Resource Network lobby, 2101 Jacob St., Suite 202, Wheeling
- July 23: Noon to 6:00 p.m. – Upper Ohio Valley Italian Festival, Heritage Port, Wheeling
- July 24: Noon to 6:00 p.m. – Upper Ohio Valley Italian Festival, Heritage Port, Wheeling
- July 25: Noon to 3:00 p.m. – Upper Ohio Valley Italian Festival, Heritage Port, Wheeling
- July 28: Noon to 1:00 p.m. – Marshall County Senior Center, 805 Fifth St., Moundsville
- July 29: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Wetzel County Senior Center, 145 Paducah Drive, New Martinsville
