Steptoe & Johnson Member Michael J. Moore has been named to Generation Next: 40 Under 40 by The State Journal, a statewide business news. Moore and other honorees were recognized during a ceremony and reception held at the Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center in Clarksburg, W.Va. on June 16.
Moore has been practicing labor and employment law at Steptoe & Johnson since 2015. He advises clients in the courtroom as well as at the negotiating table when they are faced with labor and employment disputes. He counsels them on unionization efforts and defends them before administrative bodies including the National Labor Relations Board and has successfully argued before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. He was named the 2021 Young Lawyer of the Year by the Young Lawyer Section of the West Virginia State Bar.
