Frontier sues subcontractors for failure to complete work

PETERSBURG — Frontier West Virginia is suing Wilson Communications and Kramer Communications for negligence.

Biztec was also named as a defendant in the suit.

Frontier contracted with the defendants in 2017 to work with telecommunications in several schools, after Frontier had contracted with the schools for structured cabling, according to a complaint filed in Grant Circuit Court.

Frontier claims the defendants failed to complete the contracted-for work and caused delays in the completion of the project and additional expenses and costs of the project.

Frontier is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. It is represented by Charles C. Wise III, Kaitlyn N. McKitrick and Leigh Anne Wilson of Bowles Rice in Morgantown.

The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Lynn Nelson.
