CHARLESTON — Luciano Barbera SRL is suing TTT Enterprises for failing to pay more than $7,000 for goods sold and delivered.
Luciano is doing business as Peplo SRL. TTT Enterprises is doing business as Tony the Tailor, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Luciano claims TTT was provided with goods and services in the amount of $7,884, but after the goods were delivered, TTT did not pay in full for the goods.
"Demand has been made on Defendant for payment, but the balance as alleged remains due and owing," the complaint states.
The defendant owes $7,884, for goods sold and delivered to the defendant for which the defendant failed and refused to pay.
Luciano is seeking judgment in the amount of of $7,884 and interest at the rate of 4% from the date of judgment until paid in full. It is represented by Jerred P. Roth and Harold K. Carpenter of Burton Neil & Associates in West Chester, Pa.
The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Tera Salango.
