Man sues EAN Holdings for car accident

CHARLESTON — A man is suing EAN Holdings claiming one of its employees caused a car accident.

Devon Chase Bradshaw and John Doe Company were also named as defendants in the suit.

Ronald Logan was traveling on Patrick Street in Charleston near the Sixth Street intersection when Bradshaw negligently failed to yield the right o way and struck Logan's vehicle on May 29, 2019, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.

Logan claims Bradshaw was negligent and/or reckless and the collision caused Logan to suffer bodily injuries, as well as medical expenses, pain and suffering, physical limitations, a diminished capacity to enjoy life, annoyance and inconvenience and other damages.

At the time of the accident, Bradshaw was operating a vehicle owned by EAN and had been given permission by EAN to operate the vehicle, according to the suit.

Logan is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. He is represented by Stephen B. Farmer, Robert A. Campbell and Jennifer D. Roush of Farmer Cline & Campbell in Charleston.

The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Maryclaire Akers.
