KINGWOOD — A Pennsylvania company is suing 4 LS LLC claiming it owes more than $13,000 for fuel services.

Cody Martin was also named as a defendant in the suit.

Stuck Enterprises claims the defendants made an application to purchase fuel on credit from the plaintiff and throughout 2020, Stuck provided the defendants with fuel, according to a complaint filed in Preston Circuit Court.

Stuck claims the defendant owes $13,537.48 for the fuel it supplied throughout 2020

"Defendants have refused and continue to refuse to pay for the fuel supplied by Plaintiff," the complaint states.

The defendants have breached their contract with Stuck and have been unjustly enriched at Stuck's expense, according to the suit.

Stuck is seeking damages in the amount of $13,537.48, along with special and punitive damages. The company is represented by Justin Gregory of J. Gregory Law Firm in Oakland, M.D.

The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Steven L. Shaffer.
