WHEELING — A family is suing Principle Enterprises alleging it is at fault for a car accident.

Scott Doyle, A. Doyle and Jennifer Doyle filed the lawsuit against Eric K. Fielder and Principle Enterprises, according to a complaint filed in Ohio Circuit Court.

The Doyles claim on Feb. 19, Scott Doyle was operating a 2020 Ford F150 pickup truck in Ohio County with A. Doyle as a passenger when Fielder, who was operating a vehicle owned by Principle Enterprises, was driving with a revoked or suspended license and struck the Doyle vehicle.

The Doyles sustained injuries due to Fielder's reckless driving.

Principle Enterprises knew that Fielder had a suspended or revoked driver's license and dangerous driving habits and continued to let him operate a vehicle.

The Doyles are seeking compensatory and punitive damages. They are represented by Joseph J. John and Anthony I. Werner of John & Werner Law Offices in Wheeling.
