Charleston office Member, Alexandria D. Lay, has been appointed by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice to the Board of Governors for Glenville State College. Lay is one of two individuals to receive the Governor’s appointment. She is among four new members sworn in during the Board’s mid-August meeting.
