WHEELING — A woman is suing Bubba's Gourmet Burghers & Beer alleging she was injured while on the premises of the restaurant.

The Marced Group at HIghlands is doing business as Bubba's.

Christine Miller claims on Oct. 19, 2019, she was at Bubba's and was getting into a booth when she fell and suffered injuries, according to a complaint filed in Ohio Circuit Court.

Miller claims the defendant failed to warn her about the dangerous condition of the area and their actions constitute a willful, malicious or wanton disregard for the safety of the plaintiffs and were grossly negligent.

Miller is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. She is represented by Dean G. Makricostas of Dittmar Taylor & Makricostas in Weirton.
