HUNTINGTON — Two individuals are suing Pea Ridge Partners for a building on its property.

Alex Parlock and Daniel Parlock own a tract of land in Cabell County, according to a complaint filed in Cabell Circuit Court.

The plaintiffs claim a declaration between them and the defendants assured that there would be adequate parking on the property. They claim the defendants are in the process of constructing an additional structure on the northern part of its property that will harm the plaintiffs and there will not be enough parking as per the agreement.

The plaintiffs are seeking a temporary restraining order and injunction to stop the defendant from building the building. They are represented by Michael A. Meadows and Joel P. Jones Jr. of Campbell Woods in Huntington.

The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Alfred Ferguson.
