CHARLESTON — Clearon Corporation is suing Doheny's LLC alleging breach of contract and failure to pay invoices.
Clearon manufactures water treatment chemicals and Doheny's and Clearon entered into a contract where Doheny's would sell Clearon's products and Clearon would invoice Doheny's for payment, according to a complaint filed in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Clearon claims Doheny's failed to pay the amount owed for the products it provided to Doheny's.
The defendant breached its contract with Clearon, according to the suit.
Clearon is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. Clearon is represented by Bryan S. Neft and Megan W. Mullins of Spilman Thomas & Battle in Charleston.
The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Tera Salango.
