HUNTINGTON — American Marketing is suing AB Contracting alleging breach of contract.

EAB Global Enterprises was also named as a defendant in the suit.

American Marketing entered into a contract with the defendants in 2017 for video and internet services for a housing subdivision in Bridgeport, according to a complaint filed in Cabell Circuit Court.

The parties entered into several other contracts throughout the next year for more video and internet services and after the plaintiff had expended substantial effort to provide customers with video and internet services, the defendants began interfering with the plaintiff's ability to access its clients' homes.

American Marketing claims when it notified the defendants that it was in breach of its contract, it still refused to allow the plaintiff access to the homes covered by the contracts.

American Marketing is seeking compensatory damages with pre-judgment interest. It is represented by Abraham J. Saad and Hoyt Glazer of Glazer Saad Anderson in Huntington.

The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Paul Farrell.
