PRINCETON — Danieley Wrecker LLC is suing Xfinity Freight System for failure to pay for services.

The Princeton company claims one of the defendant's drivers got a 2011 freightliner vehicle stuck on March 31 and contacted the plaintiff to tow the vehicle, according to a complaint filed in Mercer Circuit Court.

The plaintiff provided the wrecker, towing and recovery services and successfully retrieved the vehicle so that it was back on the roadway and Danieley invoiced Xfinity for the services, according to the suit.

Danieley claims it contacted the defendant about payment for the services in the amount of $8,204.95 and arrangements were made to have the bill paid by a credit card, but the credit card processor would not process the charge because it was in excess of $5,000 so the bill has still not been paid.

Danieley is seeking for the bill to be paid in full. It is represented by Harold B. Wolfe III in Princeton.
