Bailey & Glasser L.L.P. issued the following announcement on Oct. 28.

Liz Stryker, a personal injury and medical malpractice lawyer, who combines trial litigation experience with a passion for justice, has joined the national law firm Bailey Glasser LLP as an associate in its Morgantown, West Virginia office.

Liz brings to the firm a successful background in developing winning case strategies, skills she sharpened in courtrooms both as an advocate for her clients and a former judicial clerk. She was named among the state’s top “Lawyers & Leaders: Class of 2017” by West Virginia Executive magazine.

“We are excited to welcome Liz to the Bailey Glasser family.  Much like Bailey Glasser, Liz has deep roots in West Virginia and brings a diverse background and experience to our ongoing efforts to achieve justice for the good people of West Virginia and beyond,” said Bailey Glasser Partner Gregory Haddad.

Before joining Bailey Glasser, Liz worked for a national law firm in their litigation department before serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Irene M. Keeley, U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of West Virginia. An active member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, Liz serves on the organization’s Women in the Profession Committee and is co-chair of its Education Subcommittee.

Liz holds a J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law, where she held the position of Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and was a member of the Order of the Barristers. She was named Associate Editor of the Year for her contributions toward the West Virginia Law Review Vol. 119. Liz also holds two bachelor’s degrees (magna cum laude) from West Virginia University.

“I’m very happy to be able to work with the caliber of attorneys who are at Bailey Glasser,” said Liz. “Personal injury is something that’s very important to the victim, so it’s crucial for the attorney to provide an unparalleled level of customer service to that individual.”
