KINGWOOD — Instant Growth Hydroseeding is suing Duck Hollow Golf Club alleging that the golf club failed to pay nearly $5,000 for services performed.
Instant Growth provided goods and services to the golf course in the amount of $4,848.23, according to a complaint filed in Preston Circuit Court.
Duck Hollow failed to pay the contracted-for price and is indebted to Instant Growth, according to the suit.
Instant Growth is seeking judgment in the amount of $4,848.23 with pre- and post-judgment interest. The company is represented by Michael C. Cardi of Bowles Rice in Morgantown.
