Steptoe & Johnson attorney William J. Powell has been named a 2021 “Go-To Thought Leader” by the National Law Review in the area of COVID-19 PPP Fraud Enforcement. “Go-To Thought Leader” award recipients published timely, widely read legal news covering critical issues including the ongoing pandemic.

Powell is a former U.S. Attorney and practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, assisting clients in an array of business litigation matters.
