Steptoe & Johnson PLLC issued the following announcement on Mar. 1.
Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is pleased to announce that Brooke Kamicker, Member, has been selected to be a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow. Kamicker is one of 426 Fellows named to the 2022 class. She will participate in the landmark program that seeks to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
LCLD Fellows participate in a yearlong, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building and leadership training. Kamicker will participate in virtual and in-person class meetings, with opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations, and leadership lunches hosted by LCLD Member organizations featuring a managing partner or general counsel as a guest speaker.
Kamicker practices in Steptoe & Johnson’s Morgantown office where she handles mineral title and energy law matters as well as real estate transactions.
Fellows are selected by the general counsel and managing partners at LCLD member law firms throughout the United States. Fellows have distinguished themselves from others by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory towards leadership positions. Steptoe & Johnson attorneys Monté L. Williams and Joseph U. Leonoro are past LCLD Fellows.
