BTI Consulting Group has identified Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP in its BTI Client Service A-Team 2022: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. The firm has appeared on the list four consecutive years and overall in 10 of the past 11 years.
This year, the firm is
- ranked by top legal decision makers as 44th out of 281 for overall client service performance
- recognized by clients as one of only 59 out of 281 firms with the Most Improved client service over last year
- named by leading corporate counsel as a leader, the second highest ranking, in understanding the client’s business and commitment to help, two of the 17 activities clients value most, consider most important, and have the most influence on hiring and rate decisions in driving superior client relationships, according to BTI.
“Informal communication, amazing response, and practicality serve as the fuel driving improved performance. These 59 firms are using their improved client service prowess to build stronger client relationships. They are also leaving a lasting impression on clients — enduring well beyond whatever clients are experiencing now,” the analytics organization noted.
Each year, BTI reaches out to a strategically designed group of top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. BTI targets the decision makers in the industries who spend the most on legal affairs as well as thought leaders and innovative chief legal officers. The survey also includes chief legal operating officers and business executives who hire and influence the selection and hiring of law firms, according to the organization.
