The Leaders at the Front Initiative is a movement designed to help bring the conversation about diversity and inclusion to the forefront of every organization. The initiative requires an organization to act on their pledge by creating an action plan that turns their words into measurable actions. The end goal of the LCLD initiative is to help a new diverse generation of attorneys obtain positions of leadership and in return create a U.S. legal profession that is diverse and inclusive.
