West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey on Wednesday released a legal memorandum concerning last week’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling on abortion.
“This memorandum should provide additional clarity on the issue of the regulation of abortion in West Virginia,” Attorney General Morrisey said. “It’s now time to protect as many innocent lives as humanly and legally possible.”
