Congratulations to BG partner Jonathan Marshall for being elected President-Elect of the Council of Presidents at the American Association for Justice (AAJ), where he will be working closely with state trial lawyer associations to protect civil justice rights. Jonathan is also the Practice Area Leader for Bailey Glasser's Contingency Practice Group. He is a founder and co-chairman of the Consumer Law Division of the West Virginia Association for Justice and a frequent speaker at seminars on consumer law issues.
Jonathan also devotes his time to being a Director of the Center for Consumer Law and Education at the West Virginia University College of Law, where he teaches.
