Let’s talk building and developing diverse teams
Research shows that diverse and inclusive teams are more productive and innovative. This is particularly true in the legal industry, where resolving client matters often requires unique perspective and a think outside the box approach. However, simply throwing together a diverse team is not enough to reap the benefits of diverse perspectives and ideas. It requires inclusion and equitable practices.
