Jackson Kelly PLLC is pleased to welcome attorneys Andrew Bell and Benjamin Wilson to the Firm.
-Bell will be serving as Counsel at Jackson Kelly in the Business Law practice group, focusing primarily on real estate matters. He practices out of the Firm's office in Charleston, West Virginia.
He is a seasoned real estate attorney. His experience is diverse — from title insurance, title opinions, settlement and closing processes, and even litigation, he solves a variety of real estate and transactional problems for his clients. Andrew is well versed in quiet title actions, land contracts, deeds of trust, tax liens, lis pendens, mechanics liens, and easements. Andrew is a proactive attorney with a passion for learning new skills and providing clients with concise and thorough results.
He has been admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania (2017), and West Virginia (2014). He has also been admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (2017), the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals (2014), and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of West Virginia (2014).
- Wilson is an Associate in the Labor and Employment practice group, focusing on labor and employment litigation. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.
He maintains a broad labor and employment practice, and he enjoys the challenge of researching, analyzing, and writing on every legal and regulatory question that a client may face. Specifically, Ben’s practice involves defending unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, providing advice, strategy, and representation to employers during collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations, and defending employers in wrongful termination lawsuits.
He was admitted to the bar in West Virginia (2017), the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals (2017), the U.S. District Court, the Southern District of West Virginia (2017), and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of West Virginia (2018).
