Jackson Kelly PLLC announces that the Firm elected Charles Compton and Seth Hayes as Assistant Managing Members of the Firm.
Mr. Hayes and Mr. Compton both serve as Department Chairs for the Litigation and the Business law practices, respectively.

Mr. Compton practices out of the Firm’s Evansville, IN office and has been with Jackson Kelly since 2015. He previously served as the Evansville Office Managing Member. The Best Lawyers in America® has included Mr. Compton for Mergers & Acquisitions Law the past three years.
Mr. Hayes has been with the Firm since 2007 and practices out of the Morgantown, WV office where he previously served as that office’s Managing Member. His peers nominated him for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation for the past eight years.
