Three Jackson Kelly Attorneys Selected to Participate in LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs

Jackson Kelly Attorneys Grace Hurney, Rebecca Krehbiel, and Lindsay Petrosky have all been selected to take part in either the Fellows or Pathfinder program of the Leadership Council On Legal Diversity (LCLD).

Ms. Hurney and Ms. Krehbiel were both selected to the Pathfinder Program, while Ms. Petrosky was selected to the Fellows Program.

The Pathfinder Program connects high-potential, early-career diverse attorneys from LCLD Member organizations for a seven–month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Previous pathfinders include Firm Members Candice Harlow and Trinity Gray.

The Fellows Program connects high-potential, diverse attorneys from LCLD Member organizations for a year-long professional development program focused on leadership and relationship building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Previous fellows include Firm Members Jill Hall, Wendy Adkins, and Alaina Crislip.

- Grace E. Hurney is a Member in the Firm's Labor and Employment and Litigation groups, focusing on employment litigation and traditional labor relations matters. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia.

- Rebecca G. M. Krehbiel is a Member in the Banking industry group, focusing primarily on tax and trusts and estates. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Morgantown, West Virginia.

- Lindsay D. Petrosky is a Member in the Health Care industry group, representing healthcare providers in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, restructuring, financing, and related due diligence. Lindsay also advises her clients on regulatory and corporate governance matters. Lindsay is a member of the Executive Committee and practices out of the Firm’s office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
